Each workspace is configured with you before launch. You are responsible for keeping access credentials secure.

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Setup fees are one-time and charged before configuration begins.

We work to keep Lievia running continuously, but the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

We may update these terms as the product evolves and will notify customers of material changes.
